How to Apply
| To apply | Please complete the application form and send it by mail along with two passport pictures and a money order (we do NOT accept postal money order) or cashier check for $185. A copy of your valid passport must be received with your application. |

Please note that:
Applications for a given test date will be accepted as long as space is available.
We do not accept applications within 4 working days prior to each test date.
Applications received after that date, or when that specific date is full, will be confirmed for the next available test date.
